Europe’19 (Part 3): Got a mini beer belly in Prague, Czech Republic

10 things to do in Prague

It’s been two whole months since I visited Europe and I’m back with the last travel blog post on my Europe’19 series (see: travel post on Poland | see: travel post on Vienna, Austria). After packing my luggage to Poland and spending my birthday weekend in Vienna, I got a mini beer belly in Prague, Czech Republic!

Known as “the City of a Hundred Spires,” Prague is a historic core with its Old Town Square, colourful baroque buildings, Gothic churches and more.

Want to stay in Singapore instead and be a tourist in the city? Why not spend a weekend on an island getaway?

A Weekend Island Staycation with One Faber Group: Review

Weekend Island Staycation with One Faber Group

Looking for a weekend getaway and don’t know where to go? Look no further than our very own Sentosa island! Being Singaporean, we often overlook our local gems and take for granted that there’s always time to visit our local sights. I can’t say that I’m not guilty of it until I spent a quality weekend getaway in our very own country c/o #OneFaberGroup!

Just less than 2 weeks ago, I spent a quality weekend with my family in Mount Faber and Sentosa. It was an early Mother’s Day treat for the mumsie who’s been working so hard for the fam. When I told my mum about it, she was so excited, especially for the cable car rides! I mean, when was the last time you even took a cable car ride? I remember mine was more than 15 years ago. It’s total nostalgia being able to ride on a cable car all over again.

Let your inner health and beauty radiate with Swisse Health Supplements: Review

Swisse Health & Beauty Supplements

Sponsored by iHerb

“A flower cannot blossom without the sun; a man cannot live without love…” and I say, our health and beauty cannot blossom without supplements.

I used to be sceptical about health supplements when I was younger as I never thought they were effective. However, fast forward many years now past my mid-twenties, I finally understood the importance of healthy living.

While I try to eat healthy whenever I can, there are days when I just don’t have energy to care about what I take in. Either I’m too stressed out at work, or I’m out drinking at the bar till late. On days like these, I can visibly feel a difference in my body, especially the look on my skin. Hence, I rely on Swisse health supplements to replenish the minerals/vitamins I need. I usually shop my supplements from iHerb because it carries a wide range of brands and products.

Refresh your hair style at The Comb Singapore: Review

The Comb Hair Salon Singapore

Your hairstyle can make or break your overall look, don’t you agree?

Occasionally, I like to switch up my hair style to refresh my look. Thanks to the invitation from The Comb Singapore, I got to change my hair colour and treat my dry/unruly tresses.

About The Comb

The Comb came about when Creative Director Rina Kil and her partners decided to start a hair salon with a “straight-to-the-point” problem-solving concept. The name was inspired by Rina’s family heirloom – a Mother-of-pearl comb by a late relative who brought her through childhood in Seoul and told her to “Galida (Comb) your hair and show the world what you’ve got.”

Europe’19 (Part 2): Spent my birthday weekend in Vienna, Austria

Europe Vienna Trip

Vienna, the City of Dreams.

This city, one of the most vibrant cultural hotspots in Europe, has been home to artists, composers and musicians globally. It also played an important role and influence on classical music. Part of my Europe trip itinerary last month was to visit Vienna in Austria, after about a week in Poland. We drove for about 4.5 hours from Kraków, Poland, and it was quite an easy drive on the autobahn (or highway). We spent 4D3N in Vienna before moving off to Prague, Czech Republic.
