The Ingredients
Made up of 89% Vichy pH Balancing Thermal Water (which is a favourite of mine in the Thermal Spa Water facial mist I have been using for years), this daily booster, with its naturally unique formula rich in 15 essential minerals, actively participates in skin’s health. It helps increases skin strength, preparing the skin to resist against environmental aggressors. With Hyaluronic Acid, the gel-like moisturiser also fortifies skin and delivers a boost of hydration for a natural healthy glow.
The Results
After using for about a week, I can visibly see that my skin feels more hydrated and plumped up, even in air-conditioning. My skin is naturally dry on the surface and oily inside, hence this moisturising formula really helps to boost hydration levels.
The Texture
It is light-weight, fast-absorbing and totally transparent too. It’s like a moisturiser that surpasses all the fuss to bring you instant hydration and softer skin. When you first apply, note that you’ll first feel a sticky feeling which will quickly disappear to reveal a velvety smooth finish. It’s also non-greasy, fragrance-free and oil-free. Tested for allergy and on sensitive skin, the booster proves to work effectively without causing discomfort. Well, having sensitive skin, I can totally vouch for that.
The Packaging
I am totally sold by the minimalistic packaging of the Minéral 89! With 89% concentration of Vichy pH Balancing Thermal Water alongside high-dose of hyaluronic acid, it’s no wonder my skin is falling in love with it. No fancy labels or packaging, just efforts focusing on having a product that works. Two thumbs up for this new-found moisturiser. It’s definitely going to stay in my skincare stash for a really long time.
