Phew, another week has passed and it feels like I’m caught in a routine ever since I started working a year ago. Somehow, my life has changed but I believe the change is for a reason. It’s time to be happy and enjoy the show! I’ve been so stressed up lately that my skin has been breaking out, yet again. Procrastination didn’t make it any better until I’ve decided to head for a facial treatment, c/o Fresver Beauty.

I’m rarely able to head out without makeup because of the redness and spots on my skin. Surprised I was when I looked into the mirror after the session because my skin actually looked a lot better than when my makeup was stripped before the treatment!

I don’t think one can expect a face of flawless skin just after one treatment but can you see that the red spots weren’t that obvious? I actually felt comfortable stepping out in public without makeup! Where was I when Fresver Beauty was established? I should have discovered this place earlier!

Revitalised my skin at Bella Skin Care with the latest AquaDew Pro Resurfacing Treatment: Review

Over the weekends, I was invited by Bella Skin Care Singapore for a try-out of the latest AquaDew Pro Resurfacing Treatment, a facial treatment that provides non-invasive exfoliation and at the same time, delivery of exclusively formulated serums to renew, exfoliate and hydrate the skin.

I wasn’t sure if I was going to review it at first because after all, it’s my first encounter with the brand and I wanted to observe and see how the treatment goes. Also, the outlet manager was a little apprehensive when she first saw my skin as she mentioned that she has never encountered skin like mine for this particular new treatment. Well, I was a little taken aback at first but still decided to proceed with it. Just a heads up, my skin has lots of small bumps and is very prone to clogging.

While conversing with the outlet manager, I was seated on the comfy chairs at the waiting area.

It’s been quite some time since my last facial, especially due to my hectic work schedules recently, and my skin has been feeling rather dull and fatigue. It could perhaps be also due to the accumulation of stress coupled with the fact that I got caught with the flu bug. Thankfully, I managed to book an appointment via GetKlarity at Skin Shape Club, a serene and comfy facial boutique tucked in a corner of Orchard Central.

Once you’ve stepped into the boutique, you’ll be greeted with a minimalist monochrome layout, which is in fact, very soothing to the eyes and the serenity makes you feel at peace too.

A Date with My Cozy Room Boutique Spa: Review

So about 2 weeks ago, I was invited to My Cozy Room Boutique Spa to experience their signature My Radiance Facial Treatment. The treatment came in timely because my skin was seriously breaking out due to all the travelling in Perth. Housed along the row of pre-war shophouses along Cairnhill Road (behind Paragon), My Cozy Room is a one-stop beauty and wellness boutique that brings you pampering treatments including spa indulgence, facial treatments etc. When I stepped into the boutique, I was immediately welcomed by the lovely staff while being greeted by a royal sight!

I kinda forgot to snap a shot of the exterior but I’ll input the map for directions on how to get to this place at the end. Here is how the cozy waiting area looks like! Isn’t it really sweet and all welcoming? 😉 I really love that huge bouquet of flowers!
