It’s the holly jolly season once again!
The festive season is upon us and with all the holiday sales going on, I’m sure everyone is preparing Christmas presents for their loved ones! I personally haven’t started shopping but I will, soon! What about you?
I’ve put together a short gift guide for beauty lovers out there c/o iHerb. iHerb is a global leader in bringing the best overall value in natural products to the world, so you’ll be sure to get the best of from your retail therapy here! If you’re not sure what to get for your beauty junkie friends, perhaps you’d want to read on for some practical and inexpensive gift ideas.
Surprise boxes are always fun because you never know what you’re going to get until you unbox! This year, the Lazada Surprise Box is here again, but this time, with over 99 brands participating! Last year, I’ve reviewed the Mamonde Surprise Box which contained an entire skincare regime for only SGD29!
What is a Surprise Box?
It’s a box of products retailing at SGD29 or SGD49 (WHAT? ONLY?!) but with products worth around SGD100! I’m so happy that innisfree is one of the brands because I’ve been a fan of their skincare products, especially their masks!
P.S. I’m revealing two products from the Lazada x innisfree Surprise Box in this post, so read on to discover!
Masking is something I can never live without in my everyday life. You may think it’s crazy, but yes, I mask every day. Due to my dry combination skin, I have to mask as often as I can. This is so that I can pack my skin with ample hydration and allow it to repair itself quickly.
Masking can be relaxing but for working adults like us, time is forever an issue. I often find masking a chore because of how much time I need to sacrifice at night just to do it. A usual sheet/clay mask will take you at least 20 minutes and who in the world has got time for that?!
Just as you’re fighting the thought to either sleep or mask, FOREO has its latest invention, the UFO Face Mask Device, to solve your dilemma! You only need 90 seconds to mask… say whaaat?!
When it comes to beauty products, the South Koreans are usually the leaders, providing Asia and the rest of the world amazing innovations that change the way we see beauty. I’ve recently joined the platform, Charis Celeb, and discovered 3 beauty products which I’m going to talk about in detail.
As with beauty products, you never know if you’re going to like them or not until you’ve actually tried them out. I tried the Damior Almond Blossom Sheet Masks, the Superface Zoom In Mesh Cushion and the 72 Seconds Rapunzel Day & Night Hair Treatment Creams recently. I cannot say that I love them all but read on to find out which are the ones I love and are worth trying!
Flower-based skincare, who’s in? I’m definitely in! With the launch of floral-based Korean beauty brand, Mamonde, we’re once again spoilt for choice when it comes to Korean skincare.
As you might have figured out by now, Mamonde, prides itself to nurture and enhance your natural beauty through the invigorating properties of flowers. The brand even has a real flower garden in Osan, located at the south of Seoul, where the key blooms like hibiscus, camellia, magnolia, honeysuckle and lotus are carefully-cultivated under expert botanists.
I’ve always been a believer of having flowers in skincare products, especially rose, because these beautiful works of nature actually provide nourishment and healing to our skin. In this post, I will share with you some of the skincare products I’ve been trying from Mamonde and hopefully you’ll find them useful for your skin too!
Read on for a surprise at the end!~
