My iHerb Shopping Experience
When I was offered a chance to try out other dietary supplements from Swisse, I jumped at the chance and went a little crazy shopping at iHerb. If you’re getting herbs and supplements, you’d want them to be kept at optimal conditions.

Swisse Ultiboost Hair Skin Nails+
I trust Swisse because I have previously taken the Ultiboost Hair Skin Nails+. I used to frequently have gel manicure which caused my nails to be brittle and damaged. After consistently taking the Ultiboost Hair Skin Nails+ for a couple of months, I realised that my nails are thicker, stronger and they do not break easily. I’ve also noticed that my hair grows faster during the period of consumption. Perhaps it’s the Biotin and Zinc in the formula – they are known to help counter hair loss and brittle nails.
Swisse Ultiboost Grape Seed
In hopes of improving my skin health, I started taking the Swisse Ultiboost Grape Seed. We all know the benefits of grape seed – it is full of antioxidants to support healthy skin. The Ultiboost Grape Seed also contains Vitamins C and E to prevent oxidation of cells by free radicals. If you’re looking to improve overall skin health, you may want to consider this.
Swisse Women’s Ultivite Multivitamin
While I was researching on other Swisse supplements, I came across many great reviews on the Swisse Women’s Ultivite Multivitamin. This is a comprehensive multivitamin formulated with more than 40 ingredients to support the nutritional needs of women (see men’s version: Swisse Men’s Ultivite Multivitamin).
Most of the reviews I’ve read online mentioned that this provides an extra boost of energy and helps in fatigue (see full list of ingredients here). As one with a very hectic lifestyle (marketer by day, blogger by night), I find this essential in my diet. With the family of Vitamin Bs, Vitamin C and Iron, the Ultivite helps activate the natural source of energy in the body. I feel less tired and I find that it has helped me focus better at work too.
I highly recommend this for all OLs (office ladies) out there. Of course, a well-balanced diet is preferred, but if you’re too busy to manage your diet, this is a good addition.
Additionally, as this contains a host of other vitamins and minerals, I don’t recommend taking this with other supplements. Our body cannot process excess vitamins/minerals, thus there’s no point in taking extra as they will all be excreted.

Swisse Ultiboost Relax & Sleep is a premium quality formula to help relieve nervous tension and restlessness. It also helps in relieving mild symptoms of mental stress and assist with a natural restful sleep. If you have troubles sleeping at night, you may want to consider this. It contains Passionflower, Hops and Lemon Balm – ingredients that aids in relieving nervous tension, thereby encouraging restful sleep.
Swisse Ultiboost Vitamin C+ Manuka Honey helps support the immune system and reduce symptoms of the common cold. This is in the form of chewable tablets. I usually only take this if for some reason I haven’t been eating enough fruits.
Overall Thoughts
All in all, as I’m not very health-conscious, these Swisse supplements have been helping me replenish vitamins and minerals I lack in my diet. I see an overall improvement in my skin, especially when I take the Swisse Ultiboost Hair Skin Nails+. It’s like my skin glows from within – I enjoy an overall clearer and healthier complexion. The Swisse Women’s Ultivite Multivitamin also works for me to still look and feel good amidst my busy lifestyle.
