Busy and don’t have time to shop for your favourite Korean skincare and cosmetics? Fight the hassle and shop in the comfort of your own home at 1030AM! At 1030AM, expect a hassle-free shopping experience with only special offers and discounts on selected products! I’ve shopped a little, courtesy of the team at 1030AM, and look what I’ve got!~
Why 1030AM? That was the first question in my head when I first encountered the site. Well, apparently, 1030AM is the perfect time for online shopping. Think about the time after you’ve just finished clearing overdue emails and tasks in the office… 10.30AM is just about right!
1030AM carries a broad range of products at prices that is set to captivate you. They range from fashion, lifestyle, cosmetics, home & living, electronics and many more. I was pretty surprised at the vast amount of products the site contains – all at a special offer! I was lucky to have gotten some Innisfree products I’ve been dying to try for quite some time now and coincidentally, they came in an offer bundle together with masks I’ve always been using (trust me, I have a ton in my fridge).
Let’s get into the products, shall we? 😉
I was super excited about the Innisfree Green Tea Seed Serum because I’ve heard many great things about it! It’s a moisturising serum that contains organic Jeju green tea and green tea seeds to hydrate your skin from deep within!
Rich in amino acids, minerals, and green tea from Jeju’s own green tea leaves, the lightweight serum sufficiently hydrates the skin. It also has a Dual Moisture-Rising Technology™ derived from green tea and green tea seed oil that creates a strong moisture barrier to keep your skin moisturised for a much longer period of time.
The scent of the serum, if I would describe, is a combination of sweet and herbal, with a tinge of green tea fragrance. It smells pretty soothing to the senses. What I really like about it is the watery texture that isn’t sticky and it absorbed quickly too!
Together in the bundle is the Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Pore Clay Mask. If you haven’t heard, this mask is one of the best sellers in the brand! Almost every Innisfree fan have got this in their skincare stash! I’ve been using the sachet samples of this mask but haven’t got to purchasing it due to my crazy collection of clay masks. Now that it’s happily sitting on my vanity, I’m going to pamper my skin every week!
The clay mask is a 3-in-1 product that targets the removal of sebum, the brightening of skin and the treatment of blemishes! Just what I need to fight hormonal acne break-outs. I find clay masks especially efficient in helping me soothing and moisturise my skin after a break-out.
Thanks to the Jeju volcanic clay made from hardened lava, the product serves to deeply cleanse pores to purify the skin. The fine, porous structure of Jeju volcanic clay strongly absorbs sebum inside pores, at the same time removes impurities amd delivers minerals for a clear complexion. The texture is thick as with usual clay masks and dries down after a good 10-15 minutes which then requires a rinse-off.
Additionally, there were 10 Innisfree It’s Real Squeeze Masks in the different extracts too! Personally, I feel that it doesn’t really matter the type of extracts in the mask. I felt that these sheet masks allow me to soothe, cool down and deeply moisturise my skin. They help make the skin refreshed and bouncy! Store them in the fridge if you love a good rejuvenating masking experience like me 😉
My Korean skincare purchase was made complete with the LANEIGE Trouble Relief Toner! Honestly, I am a huge fan of LANEIGE (I use the BB Cushion Pore Control, Sleeping Mask and Water Science Mists on a daily basis) but I haven’t encountered this toner yet, hence was curious as to how it would perform on my skin.
Containing Hinoki Cypress extract, the toner relieves skin troubles by soothing the skin and removing makeup residue from skin while refining dead skin cells. Because the toner is made for acne-prone skin, this daily toner has got a natural alcohol content (made from fermented grain) that gently exfoliates skin without drying the skin.
As compared with regular toners, the consistency of this is slightly denser and less runny. It’s still watery but you can feel that it’s more concentrated. It has a floral herbal scent as well, similar to the Innisfree Green Tea Seed Serum but smells a lot less sweet.
Well, that’s the end of my short review on my little 1030AM haul! I find that the bundle sets are very attractive and you’ll definitely get the most out of every buck spent. There are always lots of super hot deals on the site, so browse thoroughly, I’m sure you can find something for you.
Furthermore, get a free S$10 voucher for your first purchase if you’re new to the website! It’s an instant cash savings to ease your wallet’s burden 😉
Thanks to 1030AM, I managed to get a hold of the Innisfree skincare products I’ve always wanted to buy. However, I felt that the search bar of the site could be further improved to incorporate the brands that the website carry for easy navigation. I was pretty lost at first and realised that there are lots of other brands hidden within the website without navigation bars.
Nevertheless, I will definitely watch this space for special deals, especially for Korean skincare products.
Create yourself and be gorgeous!
