When it comes to beauty products, the South Koreans are usually the leaders, providing Asia and the rest of the world amazing innovations that change the way we see beauty. I’ve recently joined the platform, Charis Celeb, and discovered 3 beauty products which I’m going to talk about in detail.

As with beauty products, you never know if you’re going to like them or not until you’ve actually tried them out. I tried the Damior Almond Blossom Sheet Masks, the Superface Zoom In Mesh Cushion and the 72 Seconds Rapunzel Day & Night Hair Treatment Creams recently. I cannot say that I love them all but read on to find out which are the ones I love and are worth trying!

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!~

I just came back from Seoul, Korea, recently and I’m still wishing I was back in the cold, with occasional snow while walking down the shopping streets of Garosu-gil, Hongdae and Myeongdong.

It’s 25 years into my life and it was my virgin visit to the popular travel destination, South Korea, to attend a K-Beauty conference – Made in Korea (MIK) 2017 – courtesy of MyFatPocket. It was my first time travelling with MFP’s Editor, Xinyi (@xinyicyndisoh) too. This short trip was a rather fruitful one as I got acquainted with many K-Beauty brands that are looking to expand to our tiny little red dot, ate many local dishes and bought even more makeup!

Before all the beauty reviews continue to populate Paradeoflove, I just want to pen down some of the interesting things I encountered in this metropolitan city, including beauty recommendations, food I’ve tried and some of the Instagram-worthy spots for your OOTDs in your next trip.
