Get Matte with Too Faced Peach Kiss Moisture Matte Long Wear Lipstick: Review, Swatches & Makeup Look

Too Faced Peach Kiss Lipstick

Are you mad about matte? Well, I am!

Matte lipsticks are sprouting everywhere from the beauty brands in the market. I say that it’s a lip trend that will stay for a while more before someone decides to bring back the gloss and shine. It’s easy to find a matte lipstick in the market but often challenging finding one that doesn’t dry out the lips.

I have very dry lips but I love a matte lip look and Too Faced has the right formula for me with its Peach Kiss Moisture Matte Long Wear Lipstick!

Rock your holiday look with Illamasqua’s The Reign of Rock Collection: Review, Swatches & Makeup Looks

Illamasqua’s The Reign of Rock Collection

Illamasqua has been one of the less-talked-about makeup brands, especially since it has withdrawn from the Singapore market. It’s a pity because this brand stocks one of the most pigmented lipsticks and eyeshadows! Well, all hope is not lost because Illamasqua is stocked at Look Fantastic Singapore, an online beauty boutique that brings you closer to discovering more quality beauty brands.

Before we indulge in all the holiday goodness, let’s zoom in into one of the most exciting makeup launch from the brand – Illamasqua The Reign of Rock Collection. In collaboration with Wonderland magazine, Amelia Windsor, a British model, takes centre stage as the face of the campaign.

The collection celebrates a 10-year reign of convention-defying beauty and the advocation of self-expression through its innovative textures in the line-up with rock and roll inspired artistry led by Director of Artistry, Pablo Rodriguez.

Feminine looks with Anastasia Beverly Hills Norvina Eyeshadow Palette: Review, Swatches & Makeup Look

Drown your eyes in femininity with the Anastasia Beverly Hills Norvina Eyeshadow Palette: Review, Swatches & Makeup Look

HAVE YOU HEARD?! Anastasia Beverly Hills (ABH) is finally stocked on Sephora Singapore! The highly anticipated brand, launched by Anastasia Soare, an icon in the beauty industry known for creating nearly perfect brows using the golden ratio method, is finally here! It was truly an honour to meet the maestro herself, the #QueenofBrows, during the launch party at 1880 last week, and I even got my palette signed by her!

ABH was founded in 1997 and was expanded to feature beyond brow makeup such as lip, contour and eye products. My favourite from the brand? The eyeshadow palettes of course! I am a fan of the eye palettes and I bought the Modern Renaissance Eyeshadow Palette, the Soft Glam Eyeshadow Palette and also, my favourite, the Norvina Eyeshadow Palette, which is also the one I’ll be reviewing here.

5 Face Serums I cannot live without: Review

5 Face Serums I cannot live without

Serums are must-haves for me when it comes to my skincare regime. Oh, but then again, my skincare regime is pretty extensive so… Anyway, if you thought that you could skip serum and go straight to just applying moisturiser, you’re only half right.

Serums are products that can be chock-full of moisturising ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, ceramides etc. which may seem like replacements for moisturisers. However, serums do not contain “sealing” ingredients which moisturisers have, that are used to prevent moisture from leaving your skin. Most of the time, serums are rich in ingredients to target specific skin concerns such as dullness, acne, wrinkles, dryness to name a few. For me, I battle with skin dullness, uneven skin texture, acne and dryness so serums are my lifesavers.

Here are 5 of my favourite serums that I cannot live without:
